      Client : <PacketLength><PacketType><nick>
 
      Server : <PacketLength><PacketType><nick> <ip> <port>  

     <nick> This is the username string of the Client we requested to browse
     <ip>   This is the port that we need to use to do a direct browse of the specified user on.
     <port> This is the IP that we need to use to do a direct browse of the specified user on.

      The Client to be browsed sends this message back to the server to indicate it is willing to accept a direct browse from <nick>.

     The Server sends this message to the requestor of the browse to indicate what <IP> and <port> to connect to
     in order to undertake a direct browse of <nick>.
