As many of you know when a certain time has passed and the producers of many of the old films or shows have passed away there comes a time when the material enters "the public domain", this is when in law the copyrighted time period has expired and we are then able to obtain, share or otherwise do what we will with the material.

Other material is newer but also free based on a "creative commons licence", this newer material may have some restrictions such as not pretending you yourself created it but in the main its free to share or make usage of, much respect should go to those producing such materials and please obey any public restrictions they put on their free productions.
