     <PacketLength><PacketType><channel> <user> [ "<reason>" ]


       <channel> This is the string name of the channel you wish to change eject the user from.
       <level>   This is the username string of the user you wish to remove from the channel.
        [ "<reason>" ] This is a string that gives the reason for ejecting the user from the channel.



        This packet is to request the removal of the specified user from the specified channel, the reason field is optional.
