       <channel> The string name of the channel the Client has joined

       The server sends this packet to the Client to acknowlege that it has joined the requested channel (<400>)

       Note: <channel> in this message can be different from one sent in 400 and client must be ready to join
        another channel instead of requested, this is to allow for auto redirection.
